The purpose of this session is to identify, define and explore some of the most common and/or problematic complications from pathology performed by oral and maxillofacial surgeons. The program, presented by two recognized experts in the field, will feature closed claims involving pathology cases processed through OMSNIC. This session also will feature a legal member of the OMSNIC team to address unique legal aspects of each case and provide the audience with useful advice in terms of documentation and processing of litigation.
