This presentation is a review of procedures aimed at improving treatment for sleep apnea and sleep disordered breathing using a patient-specific approach to treatment planning. It also will cover tips and tricks for the techniques to improve stability, degree of advancement and patient experience. The reasons for and against the selection of each osteotomy are discussed so the attendee can incorporate the selection of the desired osteotomy for the appropriate patient.
