OMS practices now serve six generations, each with distinct communication expectations – from the authority- and loyalty-driven Silent Generation and baby boomers to the efficiency-focused Generation X, value-seeking millennials, authenticity-driven Generation Z and highly digital, socially aware Generation Alpha. This course provides teams with practical skills to connect across the generational spectrum. Participants will explore what resonates with each patient group, learn to avoid common communication missteps and practice strategies that reduce anxiety, build trust and drive case acceptance. By applying these insights, OMS teams can strengthen patient relationships, increase loyalty and create conversations that encourage informed, confident “yes” decisions.
