This session examines critical terms and conditions involved in recruiting and contracting with a new associate oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Topics include the clauses of an employment agreement, how to negotiate trade-offs, compensation methods, employee expenses and benefits, and how to pre-plan for a future partnership.
