Clinical team members need the skills to introduce treatment opportunities and clinical findings in a way that supports patient understanding and increases acceptance. This session teaches strategies for addressing patient objections and aligning communication styles to reinforce treatment recommendations. Participants will learn how small adjustments in wording and delivery can improve communication outcomes. This session also provides guidance on discussing treatment costs with greater clarity and confidence and helping patients recognize the value of recommended care.

Learning Objectives:

At the conclusion of this presentation, participants should be able to:
  1. Learn how to translate finding into patient-friendly language.
  2. Demonstrate communication strategies for successful treatment discussion outcomes.
  3. Create collaborative conversations among team members.
  4. Apply new techniques to increase clarity, confidence and competence.
