Mark D. Zajkowski, DDS, MD, MBA, FACS

Dr. Mark D. Zajkowski is a partner in a private practice OMS group in South Portland, Maine. After graduating from the University of Florida, he received his dental degree from The University of California, Los Angeles School of Dentistry and earned his MD after completing his OMS residency at the Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard program in Boston. Dr. Zajkowski has served on the Board of Directors for the Maine Dental Association and the ABOMS, serving as president of both organizations. He also served as a member and chair of the Maine Board of Dental Practice. He was elected as a Director of OMSNIC on September 30, 2021. He is also a Director of Fortress and The River Agency as of January 1, 2022. Effective as of April 9, 2025, he serves as a Director of Dental Professional Specialty Risk.
