Lisa Marie Wark, PhD, MBA, is a healthcare growth strategist, practice management consultant, and fractional executive whose work focuses on building scalable systems for physician-led practices. Her expertise includes practice growth, patient journey design, concierge positioning, membership architecture, sales process development, operational workflow, staff systems, CRM/KPI accountability, launch execution, and investor-ready business strategy.

Dr. Wark’s doctoral research examined transformational and transactional leadership components and organizational commitment among millennial employees, with practical implications for leadership development, retention, workforce stability, and meaningful employee participation. She brings an evidence-informed leadership perspective to the operational and human side of specialty healthcare delivery, helping practices connect strategy, team performance, patient experience, and sustainable growth.
