Patrick O’Rourke is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Practice Quotient, Inc., a firm specializing in PPO analysis, negotiation, and strategic guidance for dental and specialty practices nationwide. He began his career in operations management with a dental and vision insurance carrier in Florida, later holding positions at Humana and MetLife, where he gained extensive experience in group insurance across medical, dental, disability, and ancillary product lines.

With over two decades in the healthcare and insurance industries, Mr. O’Rourke has built dental networks, designed benefit plans, and managed payer relationships. His expertise includes risk management, contract negotiations, and reimbursement strategy. He holds multiple industry certifications, including Dental Benefit Associate (DBA), Disability Insurance Associate (DIA), and Professional, Health Insurance Advanced Studies (PHIAS).

As a nationally recognized speaker and consultant, Mr. O’Rourke advises Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practices on the financial impact of PPO participation, network leasing, fee schedule design, and insurance policy changes. His work focuses on helping OMS practices secure equitable compensation, maintain financial viability, and navigate the accelerating changes in healthcare finance and dental insurance.
