Leslie D. Icenogle, CPC (she/her/hers)

Leslie Icenogle brings over 40 years of experience in the dental industry, with extensive specialization in oral and maxillofacial surgery. She is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through the AAPC and holds specialty coding credentials from AAOMS. In addition, Leslie is a certified dental radiographer with advanced expertise in CBCT imaging and digital implant workflow systems.

A former Program Advisor for CareCredit, Leslie is a Fellow of the American Dental Implant Association (ADIA) and remains actively involved in professional organizations, including AAOMS, AADOM, SCN, DeW, and ADMC.

Leslie is known for her practical, real-world approach to revenue cycle strategy, medical billing integration, and surgical reimbursement optimization. She works closely with oral surgery and dental practices nationwide to improve collections, appropriately leverage medical benefits, and increase case acceptance through structured, compliant systems.
