Dongwook Kim, DDS, MD, PhD is an Associate Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea. He completed his dental and medical degrees, as well as his PhD, at Yonsei University, followed by specialty training in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
His clinical expertise includes oral cancer, robot-assisted surgery, maxillofacial reconstruction, and dental implants. His research focuses on improving surgical precision and outcomes through advanced technologies, including patient-specific reconstruction, robotic surgery, and artificial intelligence.
Dr. Kim has published extensively in international peer-reviewed journals and is actively involved in advancing the integration of digital and AI-based approaches in maxillofacial surgery.
