Presented by the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (IAOMS), this expert forum flips the usual narrative.

Instead of complications and failure cascades, this session dissects exceptionally successful oral cancer cases and asks the uncomfortable but productive questions:

•Why did this case go right?

•Which decision mattered most?

•What would have broken the outcome in a different system?

Each faculty member presents one "best cancer case" – not because it was easy, but because multiple variables aligned through deliberate choices.
