Patient and team safety doesn’t happen by chance – it requires an intentional culture built on awareness, accountability and consistent practices. This course explores strategies for establishing and sustaining a culture of safety within the OMS practice. Participants will learn how to identify common safety risks, strengthen communication among team members and apply evidence-based protocols to reduce errors and prevent harm.
