I have over 20 years of experience in the oral and maxillofacial surgery field to help further the education of OMSs and their staff, along with my own staff. I have served on the DAANCE committee since its inception and volunteer at the Skills Lab. I have spent the the last 2 years as the office manager after spending 15 years a the clinical supervisor. My passion for the crash cart and training of the staff came from my first hand experience during a code while working at a hospital. During that code, I realized the importance of continual training and learning. Not only have I complete my Bachelors, but I went on to obtain my Masters. My enthusiasm to learn and help others come from my passion in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
