Christi Bintliff is the leadership strategist you call when your vision is strong, but your team’s execution is inconsistent. She’s the founder of LEAP2 Solutions in Raleigh–Durham, North Carolina, Treasurer of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants (ADMC), and she’s spent 30+ years leading dental operations, coaching teams, and writing about what actually works, including as a monthly content contributor for The Profitable Dentist.

She’s the creator of the LEAP Methodology—built to help leaders bridge generational divides, reset standards, and turn “we should” into “it’s done.” Christi is also known for her custom, edutainment team retreat-immersive, themed experiences that make people lean in, speak up, and buy in.
