Dr. Rachel Uppgaard is a tenure-track Associate Professor in the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at University of Minnesota. She completed her dental training and OMFS residency at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Uppgaard has an interest in teaching predoctoral students and residents and has research on how students learn local anesthesia. She currently also leads research projects on Fanconi Anemia, LVADs, and odontogenic infections.
