Andres D. Flores Hidalgo, DDS, MS

Dr. Flores earned his M.S. and Certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2018. He currently serves as an Associate Professor at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, with joint appointments in the Departments of Surgery and Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. In addition, he is the Director of Clinical Research for the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, where he leads initiatives to advance translational and clinical investigations aimed at improving patient outcomes. Dr. Flores is also the sole practicing Oral and Maxillofacial Pathologist in Cincinnati, providing essential surgical pathology services and direct patient care for the region. Through this unique role, he bridges diagnostic pathology with clinical management, ensuring comprehensive, high-quality care for patients while fostering multidisciplinary collaboration across surgical and medical specialties.
