Melvyn Yeoh, DMD, MD, FACS, is an Associate Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. He currently holds the appointments of Division Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Chair of the Department of Oral Health Science that consist of seven different specialty Divisions of Dentistry including Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Yeoh received his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College. He completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at New York Presbyterian Hospitals- Cornell Medical Center. Following the completion of his residency, he enrolled and completed a fellowship in Head and Neck Surgery and Microvascular Reconstruction at Louisiana State University Health Science Center- Shreveport. His clinical practice consists of all aspect of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with an interest in the treatment of Head and Neck Cancers and complex reconstruction of the Head and Neck region.
