Debra has presented nationally and internationally to numerous dental organizations and study groups. She has conducted webinars and has been a frequent guest on several podcasts. She served three terms as President of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants and served as President of the Academy for Private Practice Dentistry. Debra is the recipient of the ADMC Lifetime Achievement Award and the Charles Kidd Meritorious Service Award. Debra has written several articles for dental journals and publications and author of the book "What Inspired You To Call?" She has been recognized for the past 20 years as a leader in dental education and consulting. She was listed as top 25 Women in Dentistry and is a recipient of the Gordon Christensen Outstanding Lecturer Award and a finalist in the 2026 Denobi Awards.
